Executive Research Fellowship
A ten-week fellowship embedding senior leaders inside live TRTO research projects on AI, biotech and systems change.
Overview
The Executive Research Fellowship places a small cohort of senior leaders directly inside an active TRTO research project for ten weeks, working alongside our faculty on a genuinely open question in their field.
Rather than sitting through lectures on findings that are already settled, fellows help shape the research itself — interviewing practitioners, stress-testing hypotheses, and translating early findings into a decision framework they take back to their own organisation.
Cohorts are limited to eighteen fellows to keep the research collaboration close and the peer network genuinely useful.

Program structure
Weeks 1–2: Orientation & research design
Fellows join the active research team, review the current evidence base, and help refine the open questions the cohort will pursue.
Weeks 3–6: Field research & synthesis
Structured interviews, data review and hypothesis testing alongside TRTO researchers, with weekly synthesis workshops.
Weeks 7–8: Decision framework development
Fellows translate emerging findings into a practical framework suited to their own organisation's context.
Weeks 9–10: Presentation & peer review
Fellows present their framework to the cohort and faculty for structured critique, then finalise a take-home research brief.
